Palouse Pregnancy Collective
Monthly, every third Sunday
One World Cafe, Chalkboard Room
This is a free group open to all expecting and postpartum moms on the Palouse. Come meet the local birth and postpartum doulas, connect with fellow moms, and gather resources to support you in pregnancy and postpartum.
Featuring monthly educational topics surrounding birth, postpartum, and infant feeding.
Labor Support and Comfort Measures

This workshop will explore partner support, nutrition during labor, breathing techniques, birthing positions and movement, massage and comforting touch, and labor tools such as the birth ball, relaxation and visualization, TENS unit, and basic aromatherapy.
Taught by Ruth Krause, certified doula.

A yoga class and community for pregnant women and postnatal mamas. Taught by Kristine Patterson and Madi Hull.
$15 suggested donation.
Prenatal Breastfeeding Class
Held each Trimester
Class for prenatal parents wanting to learn more about breastfeeding and infant feeding from a holistic and practical perspective. Taught by Jessica Smith a nurse, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, and Certified Birth and Postpartum Doula.
3hrs of instruction, hands on learning, and materials to take home. $85/couple
** Class cost reimbursed for qualifying insurances when you schedule and meet for a one-on-one, 30min prenatal lactation visit. Ask about medicaid pricing.
